Before we commence our online discussions for our first novel, please read the following rules. When you have finished reading, post a comment in response stating that you have read and agree to all outlined rules. - You must be a student in AP Literature and Composition at Alamosa High School to post a comment.
- All students must post a minimum of two comments per week: one original comment in response to the prompt and one comment in response to a classmate's post.
- Students must give credit to any sources from which ideas are taken.
- Students must create a username that will be shared with the teacher and used consistently for grading purposes.
- Students will exhibit respectful and academic behavior when posting comments. All posts should be edited, properly cited (if necessary), and written in academic prose appropriate to the topic. Any comments containing profanity or containing implications of an inappropriate nature will be deleted and given no credit.
- Students are expected to cite the text(s) of study frequently and purposefully. All citations must be done properly in MLA format.
- This site is not intended for personal communications with the teacher or other students. If you have personal questions, please address them via email or in person. All posts should be intended for your entire class.
